1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the OGRAAL mobile application and its associated website (collectively referred to as the “Application” or “Site”), published by Ingrid GALLERINI, Certified Sports Dietitian-Nutritionist (“the Publisher”).
OGRAAL provides personalized sports nutrition plans and meal suggestions designed to support athletic performance and recovery. The Application is not a medical tool and does not replace professional medical or dietary advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application or Site, the User (“you”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.
3. Conditions of Access and Use
The Application is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or for minors with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering and throughout your use of the Application.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose — receiving sports-related nutritional advice — and not for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
4. Limitations of Use and Medical Disclaimer
The OGRAAL application provides personalized nutritional recommendations and meal plans intended solely to support sports performance and general well-being.
All information is generated from the data voluntarily entered by the user and does not constitute medical advice or therapeutic dietary guidance.
OGRAAL does not collect or analyze health-related data (including but not limited to medical conditions, medications, allergies, or intolerances) and cannot adapt its recommendations accordingly.
Therefore, the information provided is not suitable for individuals with chronic diseases, metabolic disorders, food allergies, or any condition requiring a specific medical diet.
Users remain fully responsible for how they apply the information provided by the application and are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any significant changes to their diet or lifestyle.
The creators and publishers of OGRAAL disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect damages (including allergic reactions, worsening of health conditions, or misinterpretation of advice) resulting from the use or misuse of the information, meal plans, or recommendations generated by the application.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Application and Site (including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, databases, software, and algorithms) are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
The User receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
OGRAAL processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law.
The Application does not collect or process health-related data (such as medical conditions, allergies, or treatments) and therefore cannot tailor recommendations to these factors.
Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export their personal data at any time by contacting the Publisher at ingrid.gallerini@nutrisport.diet.
The Publisher takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security against cyberattacks or events beyond its control.

7. Liability
The Application and its content are provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Application;
- Errors, omissions, or interruptions of service;
- Data loss or unauthorized access;
- Misinterpretation or misuse of nutritional recommendations.
In particular, the Publisher disclaims all liability for any allergic reactions, health deterioration, or other damages resulting from the use of the suggested plans or advice without prior medical consultation.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any claim or damage brought by a third party due to misuse of the Application.
8. Modifications to the Application and Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application without prior notice.
The Publisher may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Site and will take effect as of the stated date.
Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms. Continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Pricing and Payments
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, their conditions (pricing, renewal, cancellation, etc.) will be clearly specified within the Application.
Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Users are responsible for all fees and any related disputes with payment providers.
10. Termination and Suspension
Users may stop using the Application and request account deletion at any time.
The Publisher may suspend or terminate a User’s access in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or any legitimate reason.
Upon termination, the User remains responsible for obligations incurred prior to termination. No refund shall be issued unless otherwise required by law.
11. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
Severability: If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Publisher and the User regarding the use of the Application.
